I am offering yoga classes in English while I stay in Poland. Please come to practice with me at Mayura Yoga every wednesday at 9 a.m.? I teach and practice for about 10 years now and specialize in yoga. I have RYT200hr yoga certification that I received in New York, USA . My classes are always about the balance between physical and spiritual, strength and flexibility. I make sure everybody gets a modification that is suitable for his or her level.
